Keynote Speakers



He is working towards his PhD in Computer Science at the University of Central Florida with focus on Natural Language Processing branch of Artificial Intelligence. He is a Lead Software Engineer at for 4 years now. He is the founder and CEO of MaPoo Solutions LLC, a technology company founded in 2012 in Orlando, FL, contracting large scale commercial software projects nationwide.


She has a bachelor degree in Applied Math from Azad University in Tehran. She was a member of Ohio Association of Realtors. Later she obtained her certification as a Strategic Intervention. After gaining experience as a top coach for Robbins Research International company, she established her own business as a results coach and public speaker. Sahar is an active member of the prestigious public speaking club, Downtown Toastmasters in Orlando. She and her 9 year old son Kourosh, have joined the IACC community since their move to Orlando 3.5 years ago.

She has been a Seminole County resident for the last 27 years. She holds degrees both in Engineering (UCF) and Law (Barry University). Ms. Shafiee Smith is a partner at Law Offices of Smith&Kurbatova which provides general legal services while concentrating mainly on Immigration, Criminal Defense, Social Security Disability and Family Law areas. She joined IACC in 2015. Currently she is serving IACC board as Legislative Chair.
