nurse and active in Iranian-American community, being admin-president of the newly formed
group of “Orlando Persian Mothers.” She was one of the successful awardees of IACC’s College
Scholarship (2011-2012), when she was studying in Valencia College. She holds her BSN from
State University of New York at Buffalo with honor; after working for couple of years in
Washington DC as RN & clinical leader, she is back to Orlando and is working at Dr. P. Philips
Hospital. She is looking to pursue her Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) in the future.
