Athar Ghassemi Bolourchi - Chair of the Cultural Committee
Athar is a dedicated mother, who accomplished her goal of becoming a successful registered nurse. She an active member of the Iranian-American community, serving as the admin/president of the newly formed group called "Orlando Persian Mothers".
Athar was awarded the IACC's College Scholarship in 2011-2012 as a successful candidate, while studying at the Valencia College. She holds her BSN from the State University of New York at Buffalo with honor.
Athar moved back to Orlando after working for a couple of years in Washington DC as RN & Clinical Leader. She is currently working at the Winnie Palmer Hospital as registered nurse. She currently also serves as the Chair of the Cultural Committee at IACC.
